Return Policy

We want the return process to be clear before you send anything back. Please contact MYTURONU first so we can identify your order and provide the correct return instructions.

Return window and condition

  • Return window: Eligible unused products may be requested for return within 90 days of purchase.
  • Item condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition, with packaging, labels and included parts.

Eligibility

Customized goods, food, personal-care items, gift cards and products marked final sale may be excluded where permitted by law. Product-specific conditions shown on a product page also apply. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Start a return

  1. Email service@novlixxvip.com with your order number, item name and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation and the return address or label instructions that apply to your order.
  3. Pack the complete, unused item securely and include your order number inside the parcel.
  4. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until the return is resolved.

Please do not send a parcel to an address shown on an old label or elsewhere on the site. The correct return location can depend on the item and fulfillment route.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery and include photographs of the product, outer packaging and shipping label. If our review confirms a damaged, defective or incorrect item, MYTURONU will explain the appropriate replacement, refund or authorized return path.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless local law requires otherwise. Original outbound shipping charges are not normally refundable. If the issue resulted from our error or an eligible defect, we will explain the covered return method.

Inspection and refunds

After the authorized return arrives, we inspect the product and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to display the credit.

Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before dispatch if fulfillment has not begun. Email us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, the order must follow the return process above.
