Shipping Policy

MYTURONU ships through a network of fulfillment and carrier partners. Routes may vary by product and destination, so items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Processing and estimated delivery

  • Order processing: Most orders leave our fulfillment network within 5 business days.
  • Estimated transit: After dispatch, delivery is expected in approximately 5–10 business days.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier capacity, customs review, severe weather, public holidays and address issues can cause delays. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

Available destinations and shipping rates

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether delivery is available and to view the current shipping charge. Checkout shows the most accurate rates for your destination.

Tracking

After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation to the email used at checkout. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show its first carrier scan. Orders shipped in separate parcels may have more than one tracking reference.

Address changes

Check your address carefully before payment. If you need a correction, email service@novlixxvip.com as soon as possible and include your order number and corrected address. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your destination and checkout setup, import duties, taxes or handling fees may be collected at checkout or by local authorities and carriers. Destination charges not collected by MYTURONU remain the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Marked delivered but not received

Check the delivery location, household members, building desk and carrier notice first. Then contact the carrier and email us with your order number and tracking reference. We will help review the available delivery record.

Returned or refused parcels

If a parcel is returned because of an incomplete address, failed delivery, refusal or unpaid destination charge, contact service@novlixxvip.com. Reshipment costs or deductions may apply where permitted, and we will explain the available options.
